I bought my first supply in desperation. After a bad ankle break and several operations I'd been told I'd no cartilage left in the joint and there was nothing to be done except a replacement op in time. I have been using this gel for some time now for relieving the pain of a slipped disc, it is generally more effective than pain killers and provides instant relief. I would recommend this to anyone experiencing similar pain as it is a much healthier option than pain killers. Rating: 5 of 5 Stars!
